Just complete the Contact Form, Call, Text, email, or write to us.   Before our first meeting we will find out a little about your company and industry, so we come prepared.

We will complete a questionnaire together designed to help us learn about you, your company, your industry, and what you expect from us.  We will provide you with a link so you can follow along with your website's development.   If you give us the go-ahead, we will acquire a domain name (URL) that is as close to what you want as possible.

Then we will bring everything together.  We design your website around your business goals and your customers while also incorporating your personal preferences.   Quality is always on our mind.  From the very start we build with search engine optimization (SEO), accessibility, and structure that will make your website stand out from the rest.

While you will be able to see what we have built as we go, and you can give us feedback at any time, this is the first time we sit down together and go through everything in detail.   We will make sure to explain everything to you and answer any questions you have.   We want to make sure you understand everything we have done and why we have done it, and that you are happy with the direction we are going before we move forward.

There are still several important steps before launch.   We will get your website pages ready for testing.   There will still be time to make changes if you find something you want to do differently.  

Our goal is to get a Lighthouse score of 95% or better in all four areas.   We also test on multiple browsers and devices to make sure it looks and works great for everyone.

This is one place where we always use AI.   It can find the little things we may have missed, like a typo or one of those extra letters my keyboard occasionally throws in.   It checks the entire website — including the code you never see.  This page, for example, has almost 900 lines of code.  There are almost 700 lines of code before the first visible word.  That is the stuff that makes a website truly work.   AI is great at catching things that humans might miss, and it is a great second set of eyes to make sure everything is perfect before launch.

A host is the company that puts your website on the internet and makes it available to everyone.   We will set up your hosting account and make sure it is up and running.   If you want a different host, we can set that up too.   For more information on hosts and hosting, see our hosting page.

We acquire a domain name (URL) that is as close to what you want as possible.   This is the domain name we selected during our first meeting.   This and your DNS file will keep people going to the right place.

  Computers see your webpage name as a series of numbers like 208.80.154.224.   DNS is like an internet phone book where the name and number are kept available.   This makes it possible to enter wikipedia.org and get their website.

By this point, your website will be almost set up.   We can set up the email accounts.   You can use your email with whichever app you want or you can forward it to your current email address.

Throughout the development of your website, we have worked on on-page SEO and technical SEO.   We make sure everything is best for a good Search Engine placement.   We also work on off-page SEO by building your website's credibility across the internet.

We will set up analytics so you can see how many people are visiting your website, where they come from, and what they are doing on your site.   This will give you valuable information on your website's performance and ways you can modify your marketing for the best result.

Then we publish your website and make it available to the world.   We will make sure everything is working perfectly, and we will be here to help you with anything you need after launch as well.

After we are sure everything is running smoothly, usually a couple of weeks, we will bring you a notebook.   It will have your website and all your documents and login information and passwords for all your accounts that were created to bring your website to life.   The website will be in digital format, and all the rest will be in a digital and physical format.
